Gary Thomas brings over 25 years of professional experience to his company Thomas Search Group, LLC. His experience and expertise has assisted numerous companies (and managers) in their hiring needs such as Hewlett Packard, Dell Computer, Blue Calypso, Hittite, Brinker International, GMAC-RFC, and A.O. Smith, to name a few.

Prior to beginning his recruiting business, Gary held a variety of top-level human resources leadership positions in the defense electronics and manufacturing industries. He has also held manufacturing/operations positions, which enables him to understand the unique needs of manufacturing companies. During his career, he was a valued member of various Leadership Teams, Management Teams, and process improvement teams. His reputation is one of high integrity, uncompromised ethics, and building long lasting relationships.

His educational background includes a BS in Industrial Technology and a MBA with a concentration in Marketing. Gary has extensive training in various recruiting processes, as well as proven leadership abilities. He is an active member of the Plano Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Human Resource Management Association (Dallas HR), Employment Managers Association (EMA) of Dallas, as well as the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
